The Regenexx Patient Care Coordinator / Liaison is responsible for interfacing with the patient (primarily after the patient has seen the doctor and decided to move forward with a procedure), sending out procedure information, answering questions, and getting patients scheduled for procedures.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Effectively answer questions and educate patients on our state-of-the-art stem cell procedures
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, call center staff, and other clinic personnel
  • Schedule patients for procedures, communicate planning details, and answer questions for patients in preparation for the procedures
  • Track patients for clinical response over time following procedures
  • Obtain preauthorization for various physician orders
  • Effectively multitask while tracking several tasks and follow-ups to completion
  • Maintain CRM system with great detail and accuracy; data integrity is vital
  • Maintain accurate notes in EHR
  • Manage and meet objective and quantitative goals that align with the strategy, mission and vision of the organization
  • Help maintain registry data for tracking patient outcomes and safety

Success Factors:

  • Experience working in a healthcare and knowledge of medical terminology is strongly preferred
  • Call Center experience is very beneficial
  • Medical sales experience beneficial
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Proficient in use of computer systems for data entry, communication, EHR, and CRM
  • Able to express ideas in an organized manner; adjusts language and terminology for different audiences
  • Ability to learn new medical terminology and explain medical procedures to patients and other associates
  • Friendly and enjoys talking to people
  • Able to work by oneself and in teams
  • Willing to travel to Sarasota and Tampa
  • Be coachable and open to feedback and quality improvement
